Young men: ages 12*–18 completing grades 7–12

 

*Boys turning 13 before September 1st.

 Fee: $295 ($260 before May 1st)

 

Mark your choice of 2 activities on your registration. One activity will be your major and the other will be your minor for the day. Activity space is limited and will be filled according to earliest registration so register early.

Bring your own marker or pay an extra $25 to rent one. Paint must be purchased at the camp store (at market value, approximately $35/case). 

 

                                

 

Image      Archery

Beginner or experienced archers will have a great time shooting to earn Archery pins and medals. Lots of shooting on a great range. Bring your own or use the camp’s quality equipment.

 

Image   Trapshooting   

Like the idea of hunting and moving targets? Learn to use a shotgun safely and effectively while having fun becoming a more effective shooter.

 

Image     Riflery

We supply safety and shooting instruction, quality target rifles, and all the ammo you need. You get a chance to earn NRA 50ft small bore rifle awards.

 

Image      Culinary Arts

Ever thought about cooking as a career? If you love to eat and cook, come work with a trained chef and prepare some exquisite dishes for your camp friends.

 

Image      Nature Study/Hiking

God has created some really neat things around us. Camp property offers a great place to hike and explore the nature around us.

Are you up for the challenge? Bring your own bike, gloves, pads and helmet.  Enhance or learn new skills in cross-country, freeride and downhill as you equipment and nerves allow.  Activity culminates in an end-of-week race.  Available as a major activity only.

 

Image     Rock Climbing/Rappelling

This extreme sport is the rage! Begin on our climbing wall, gain more experience on the camp gorges. We supply all of the safety equipment and ledges. You supply the courage.

Refine your skills, learn a great game or show the leaders how it is done. We will focus on iron and wedge play along with course management. Keep your head down…fore!

 

    

Image Junior Counselor Training
No Fee. Application and support-raising process required. Must be at least 15 years
old. Designed to develop teen servant leaders. A week of intense spiritual and relational training is in store for those teenage guys who want to become junior leaders for our Stockade and Tree Climber camps. You must come highly recommended by your local church leaders and adult mentors, and be accepted by our board to qualify for this program. Signing up to be a junior counselor is a 4 ½ week commitment.
