This program is designed to develop teen servant leaders. Application and support-raising process are required, and applicants must be at least 15 years old. A week of intense spiritual and relational training is in store for those teenage guys who want to become junior leaders for our Stockade and Tree Climber camps. You must come highly recommended by your local church leaders and adult mentors and also be accepted by our board to qualify for this program. If you are accepted, the junior counselor program is a 3½-week commitment. Junior counselors are expected to complete lifeguard training the Friday night and Saturday before camp, unless excused by the administration.
